I have Royal View Windows change all my windows and doors on my very old home recently. They did a fantastic job, and dealt really well with some unusually shaped bay-style windows, joining each component of a new set of bay windows seamlessly to match the previous design that probably dates back to the 1940s. I was also thrilled with how they integrated a door into a very old frame, also of an usual bay-style, and build a new trim layer around it that integrates into the old one. The owner, Alex, is super easy to deal with and highly responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better window contractor.

When I was looking to get my windows replaced, Alex and his team at Royal View Windows was highly recommended to me. I am happy I followed the recommendation because Alex made the entire process easy and not complicated. From the start of the project, Alex was able to provide me with clear options, what his suggestions were and approximate time lines. The work itself took 3 days to replace all 20 of the windows in my home and they did an incredible job no damage to my stucco exterior, well mounted casings and professionally completed. When I bought my home last year, I loved that there were a lot of windows to let the natural light in but I also knew the windows were original to the place (>25 years). The windows were drafty, barely functional and had definitely reached the end of their usefulness.Since I was looking at replacing my windows all at once, I spent a great deal of time online researching window companies and getting quotes. I would encourage anyone wanting to replace even one window to consider Alex and his team at Royal View Windows and Exteriors! We ended up doing some extensive renos throughout the house this summer and fall and thought we might as well consider windows. We had a few different vendors come though the house and provide quotes. We chose Alex based on my wife’s coworker’s recommendation. I always take those with a grain of salt but other things impressed me; Alex is soft spoken and very professional and the only vendor that didn’t talk down his competition. He also discouraged me from needlessly spending money I didn’t need to by making very sensible recommendations. The work is superb, his crew is very polite and consideration and they left the place clean each day and no debris left anywhere! Like I said, even if it is one window call Royal View Windows!

They stuck to the quoted price (which was competitive and reasonable) and time frame (it took 10 weeks to have them manufactured and delivered). The crew worked hard to complete the installation of all 9 windows in one extended day and we were very pleased with the job they did. Really great window company with excellent service and price! We had them install 12 windows and a new back door, including MDF trim. They were fast (done in 2 days!), clean (vacuumed when done), and knowledgeable. The owner Alex was great to work with and I was happy to use a small, local company (as opposed to other massive window companies which I learned give significant discounts for 5 star reviews (not honest reviews!)!!). We had one minor issue with some caulking on one window but their follow up has been great, even after the job was done.

RVW provided excellent service and was always on time from the initial visit through to the installation of our 11 windows. One of the windows had a manufacturing defect and before we could report it, RVW contacted us to let us know that they discovered the defect and a replacement window had already been ordered! In addition, I had concerns that our garden beds and scrubs would suffer some damage during the install but there was absolutely no sign of any disturbance to them! Alex and Dmitriy did a great job from quote to measurement to install. I had 35 year old wooden frames and they had leaks, so they had to go. Royal View has very competitive pricing and great installs. They use vinyl pro window system from Ontario. I put in triple pane casement windows. House is much more quiet and more warm. Thanks for Alex to replace all our windows in a quick response. The windows are solid and nice. The installers are professional. My friend warned me that replacing windows may lead to a dustic and may damage your carpet. That didn’t happen to me when RVW replaced all our 23 windows. One of biggest windows has been mistakenly designed by the manufactory. Alex helped me to replace it without any cost plus he could arrange to install it as soon as he received it.
